What an absolutely fabulous product, i bought 5 for my best friends and they came beautifully packaged and identical to the pictures (ie beautiful). The customer service from the seller Rustik heart was second to none as well, my original package got lost in the post (Royal Mail's fault) and she was extremely kind in making me a second batch and posting it over from the US free of charge!
