Item shipped and arrived before Christmas. I chose the gift wrap add-on and it was done so perfectly! I am adopted and still keep in touch with my aunt from my biological family. I don't get to see her very often as we live on completely opposite ends of the state, but we always send each other little gifts. This was the most perfect little Christmas gift to let her know I was thinking about her!

Quality was great and my sister-in-law loved it. Was a bit of a mix-up with the orders I sent but all worked out fine. I did however run into some rather disappointing customer service response as I wanted to add a message before it had sent and was told “well you didn't add a message.” That was it. No solution was offered. As far as my understanding a message was free and the order hadn't even shipped yet.
