Let me just start with communicating with seller. I wanted the necklace to have a small change on the back where is connects. I did not want the extender and/ or dangling extra chain as I did not want to get tangle with other necklace I wear everyday. She responded Immediately and it shipped within a day. This style of necklace is something I want to invest years to come but with a real natural diamond, but first i wanted to try it out and see how it would look with my kids initials necklace I wear and never take off. I definitely recommend it. No issues so far and I bathed and do my skincare and everything.
